DELF stands for Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française and  DALF stands for Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française.

These Certificates are the pre-requisites for admission at French universities as well as other universities in other countries where French is used as the language for instruction. The related exams are administered tow times a year (mid fall and mid spring) exclusively by the Iran Language Institute in collaboration with the cultural section of the French Embassy in Tehran. These exams have been regularly administered in Iran since 1992.

Note importante : Les droits d’inscription doivent être versé à la banque suite de l’interview, or les candidats arrivés entre 18h à 20h00 doivent verser la somme à la banque le jour suivant afin de récupérer leur carte.
