ILI Language Teaching Journal

published two times per year in spring and fall
by the Research
and Planning Department of the Iran Language Institute. It
intends to keep its readership with emerging trends and
important concepts in the field of language teaching. The
journal publishes articles on diverse aspects of language
teaching, the principles which underlie it, and the theories
which may account for the practice of language teaching. The
materials in the journal
fall
into three main sections. Theoretical Explorations is
devoted to a wide range of issues, including aspects of language
(syntax, discourse features, etc.) and aspects of L2 teaching,
learning, and testing. Classroom Ideas deals with
techniques in teaching and testing L2 skills. Technology and
Language Teaching focuses on the role of technology
in L2 teaching.
The journal
is a medium for informed discussion of L2 teaching principles
and practice. Inquiries concerning subscription should be sent
