Various coefficients and indices have a significant impact on the salaries of teachers
Dr. Mahdi Zolfaghari, managing director of the Iran Language Institute, titled the mission of a teacher as "teaching how to live" during a ceremony honoring teachers, congratulating them on this occasion. He added, “ Dear teachers of the Iran Language Institute should also pay attention to teaching this important aspect in their classes.”

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Iran Language Institute, Zolfaghari stated in this ceremony regarding the structural reforms that have been implemented in this educational institution: All our efforts at the Iran Language Institute have been aimed at making these structural changes that can help us move towards the desired model. In the new structure which is enriched with new definitions and missions, we have leveled up the Iran Language Institute from a mere language institute.

Signing memoranda of understanding with organizations, meritocracy, utilizing capable and experienced individuals in higher responsibilities, changing the educational content, holding educational webinars, emphasizing the role and authority of the Iran Language Institute, launching international branches, maximizing the number of language learners, changing erroneous procedures, and... were among other topics that Zolfaghari addressed.

In another part of his speech, with reference to considering various coefficients and indices in calculating teachers' salaries, he said, “ Managers and language center authorities are obliged to coordinate with teachers so that these teachers can receive the highest coefficient. In this regard, we will also monitor the performance of all centers from the headquarter and will decisively address any individual's rights being violated.”

Zolfaghari emphasized, “ As long as I am at the Iran Language Institute, whenever I find a new source for increasing salaries, I will make changes to salaries.”

Creating diversity in income resources was another topic that the managing director of the Iran Language Institute mentioned. He further added: Our aim is to increase the number of webinars.
