Staff In-Service Training

Education of the workforce has an essential role in the well-being of organizations, and its continuity contributes to the dynamism of the organization and development of human skills. To this aim, the ILI administers specific programs, workshops and lectures for its staff and teachers.

 

Staff In-Service Training Programs

Staff training programs fall into two categories of general and specific as follows:

1.        Specific courses refer to programs designed for acquiring skills and enhancing the quality of work-related activities, including registration affairs, financial affairs, students’ affairs, etc.

2.       General courses refer to programs designed for enhancing general professional qualities of the ILI staff, including organizational conduct, stress and time management, professional conduct, etc.

 

In-Service Programs for Teachers and Experts

Educational programs for teachers fall into two categories of general and specific:

1.        Specific courses refer to programs pursuing two goals of re-orientation (including reviews of the ILI methodology, the evaluation of students, etc.) and knowledge-enhancement (such as teaching vocabulary, error correction, etc.).

2.       General courses refer to programs designed for enhancing the general professional skills of ILI teachers (e.g. the psychology of teaching, class management, communication skills, etc.)
