Dr. Mahmoud Amani Tehrani, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Education, during the Research Day celebration, expressed his pleasure in being among the experts and researchers of Iran Language Institute. He discussed the importance of language from cultural, civilizational, and educational perspectives.
Dr. Babak Negahdari, the Head of the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis), during the Research Day celebration, highlighted some of the assets of Iran Language Institute, such as its 100-year history, its extensive geographic reach across the country, its large number of language learners, and its linguistic diversity.
Dr. Mahdi Zolfaghari, the Head of Iran Language Institute, expressed his pleasure in attending the “Research Day” celebration and identified himself as a researcher. He stated, “Since joining this esteemed institute, I have always considered myself a researcher, with a strong passion for research. Even if I were to leave this institute, I would still continue pursuing research.”
The director of the ILI met with Antonio Sanchez Benedito Gaspar, the Spanish ambassador to Iran to establish cooperation and enhance interactions.
The head of the Iran Language Institute announced that the centenary celebration of this educational institution will be held in the near future at the national meeting of the general staff and provincial directors of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults.
In an interview with Fararu, Dr. Mehdi Zolfaghari, the head of the Iran Language Institute, explained the programs and actions of the ILI in the last year and a half. Referring to the important and influential steps taken in the Iran Language Institute, the head of the ILI stated that the programs undertaken at the ILI will continue with full strength and initiative.
The memorandum of understanding between the Iran Language Institute and the Aras Free Zone Organization was signed by Dr. Mehdi Zolfaghari, the managing director of the Iran Language Institute, and Dr. Majid Kiani, the CEO of the Aras Free Zone Organization.
Dr. Mehdi Zolfaghari, managing director of the Iran Language Institute, titled the mission of a teacher as "teaching how to live" during a ceremony honoring teachers, congratulating them on this occasion. He added, “Dear teachers at the Iran Language Institute should also pay attention to teaching this important aspect in their classes.”
Dr. Hamed Alamati, the CEO of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, extended congratulations on the occasion of Teacher's Week, honoring the memory of all teachers, especially the martyr teachers emphasizing that these martyrs are a source of pride for the education system in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Saleh Mahdizadeh, an 11-year-old reciter and memorizer of the entire Quran, has been awarded a scholarship from Iran Language Institute following his unique performance in the Quranic program "Mahfel," which garnered significant attention, particularly online.
